Since 1994 Castle Glen Liqueurs have been manufactured using the Traditional English Method of fermentation and fortification, using raw natural ingredients. Our liqueurs are not vodka with flavour or essences. Real fruit, real nuts, real dark chocolate, real white chocolate, real liquorice root, real musk thistle, are just some of the real ingredients we use in our fabulous liqueurs.

The result? Mouth-watering, delectable liqueurs that taste the real natural ingredients they are made from. All products are preservative and chemical-free. Plenty of vegan and gluten-free options are available as well.

With a range of medal-winning liqueurs including the “Grand Champion”, Gold medal 2015 – Pecan & Hazelnut Liqueur, there’s definitely something for every palate at Castle Glen Tamborine. We’ve now received a total of 37 “Australian Distilled Spirits” medal awards – including three Gold and two Grand Champion awards. We also sell a range of handmade fudges, jams and relishes for the non – drinkers.
